Quality Assurance Engineer

Introduction

We are currently looking for a QA engineer, whose main job responsibilities are to complete the product testing tasks of italki's EU team and the business testing in cooperation with Marketing. Responsibilities

1. Responsible for functional testing, process optimization and API interface testing of italki products

2. Design and implement project test cases according to product requirements, and verify project quality and progress

3. Reflect problems in project testing in a timely manner, analyze missing problems in testing, raise questions about existing systems, and solve problems with developers in a timely manner

4. Track the test results, verify the revised software release version and issue a test report

5. Improve test quality and test efficiency, and promote team technical progress

6. Write and maintain test scripts on a daily basis, and do corresponding interface, performance and automated tests to meet system requirements

Requirements

1. Undergraduate computer related majors are preferred

2. More than 4 years experience in software testing, master the theoretical knowledge of testing technology

3. Familiar with one of the following development languages, Python, JavaScript and Java

4. Familiar with defect tracking tools, test management tools, packet capture tools, API testing tools

5. Proficiency in using SQL statements, querying and modifying databases (MySQL)

6. SEO search engine optimization testing experience is preferred

7. Have good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, good learning, hands-on and problem-solving skills and responsibilities

8. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
