Quality Assurance Engineer ( Manual )

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manual QA Engineer with strong expertise in JSON based systems and Banking/Fintech platforms . The role focuses on validating complex backend workflows, payment systems, and data-intensive applications. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in analyzing structured logs, identifying discrepancies quickly, and ensuring reliability across mission-critical systems.
This is a remote role supporting EST working hours and requires immediate availability .
Key Responsibilities
Perform manual testing of backend systems, APIs, workflows, and data pipelines
Read, analyze, and validate structured logs (JSON traces, state differences, tool logs)
Identify mismatches, data inconsistencies, and workflow failures efficiently
Validate payment flows, transaction processing, fraud checks, and system reliability
Collaborate with developers, automation engineers, and product teams to resolve defects
