QA Manual Tester
Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)

Experience: 0.6 - 4 yrs years
The candidate that will succeed in this position will be able to create and manage all testing processes required for their assigned projects. This role may involve handling multiple projects simultaneously while actively contributing to the improvement of QA best practices within the organization.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and execute comprehensive manual test cases based on functional and technical requirements
Evaluate existing testing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure timely execution and reporting of test results
Identify, log, and track bugs and issues, working closely with development teams to ensure resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Participate in requirement and design reviews to provide QA perspective early in the development cycle
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in manual software testing
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and test documentation
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Test Rail)
Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
