Job Title: Flexcube QA Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Flexcube QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Flexcube testing, including functional, integration, and regression testing. You will work closely with development and business teams to ensure the quality and reliability of Flexcube implementations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for Oracle Flexcube modules.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.
• Validate Core Banking functionalities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to identify defects and track resolutions .
• Conduct end-to-end testing for Flexcube customizations, interfaces, and reports.
• Prepare test data and maintain documentation for all QA activities.
• Participate in UAT support and provide sign-off for production deployment.
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices and maintain high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–6 years of experience in QA with a focus on Oracle Flexcube (Core Banking).
• Strong understanding of Flexcube modules (Retail, Corporate, Payments, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with SQL queries for data validation.
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA).
• Knowledge of automation tools (Selenium or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in API testing and integration with third-party systems .
• Exposure to banking domain processes and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools .

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
