Role Summary:
Responsible for testing and assuring quality of
GenAI, VoiceAI, Telephony, and IVR systems , ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing conversational AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Test GenAI/LLM responses, prompts, and AI guardrails
Perform VoiceAI, ASR/TTS, IVR, and telephony (SIP, call flows) testing
Execute functional, integration, and automation testing
Analyze logs, APIs, and backend systems to ensure end-to-end quality
Required Skills:
4–8 years QA experience
GenAI / LLM testing, VoiceAI & IVR testing
Telephony, SIP, CCaaS platforms
API testing (Postman/REST) & automation scripting (Python/Java)
