Position: QA Engineer – GenAI / VoiceAI / IVR

Experience: 4–8 Years

Location: Noida

Employment: Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role Summary:

Responsible for testing and assuring quality of GenAI, VoiceAI, Telephony, and IVR systems , ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing conversational AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test GenAI/LLM responses, prompts, and AI guardrails
  • Perform VoiceAI, ASR/TTS, IVR, and telephony (SIP, call flows) testing
  • Execute functional, integration, and automation testing
  • Analyze logs, APIs, and backend systems to ensure end-to-end quality
