Company: i Kall Electronics (Consumer Electronics – Mobile Phones, Tablets & Accessories)
Location: Noida
As a QA professional at i Kall Electronics, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards before release. You will work with engineering, production, and testing teams to define quality criteria, execute testing procedures, identify non-conformities, and help improve overall product quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform functional and performance testing of devices (mobile phones, tablets, accessories).
Ensure products meet design, safety, and performance specifications.
Execute routine test procedures and checklists for hardware and firmware.
Record results accurately and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Conduct incoming inspection of components and materials.
Inspect products during production stages and final assembly.
Identify product defects, categorize failure modes, and document issues.
Log and track defects in QA systems or logs.
Work with engineering/production teams to analyze root causes and corrective actions.
Validate fixes and confirm resolution of issues.
Prepare QA reports, test results, and quality metrics.
Maintain test records, inspection sheets, and non-conformance reports.
Support quality audits and compliance checks.
Participate in calibration of test equipment and setup quality checks.
Help implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce defect
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field.
- Basic understanding of electronics, circuits, product assembly, and testing tools.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with clear communication skills.
- Experience with QA procedures, inspection standards, or manufacturing testing is a plus
