Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented CMM Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. You will serve as the technical expert in dimensional inspection, bridging the gap between engineering designs and physical production. This role involves developing complex CMM programs, utilizing a variety of manual metrology instruments, and analyzing data to ensure every part meets our strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• CMM Programming & Operation: Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain automated inspection routines using software such as PC-DMIS, Zeiss Calypso, or Quindos .
• Manual Metrology & Inspection: Expertly operate manual inspection equipment, including:
  • Profile Projectors (Optical Comparators)
  • Nikon Height Gauges
  • Micrometers, Calipers, and Bore Gauges
