The QAE Head is a leadership role responsible for defining and driving the quality strategy across telco platforms and digital products. This role ensures quality is embedded end-to-end — from requirements to production while leading QA teams, setting standards, and partnering with engineering, product and operations teams.

Quality Strategy & Governance

  • Define and own the overall QA and test strategy for Digital Channels

  • Establish quality standards, metrics, and KPIs

  • Ensure quality gates

  • Drive shift-left and shift-right testing practices
