Quality Assurance Executive

Responsibilities

• Ensure product compliance with customer requirements and product specifications.
• Set improvement plan for overall quality assurance activities.
• Monitor conformance of supplied materials to specification.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure corrective actions are done effectively.
• Control non-conformance goods.
• Involve in new product development, corrective and preventive action with related department.
• Monitor conformance of new product to customer specification.
• Ensure all testing equipment is properly protected, maintenance and carry internal and external calibration activity.
• Ensure relevant chemical and microbiological tests are carried out according to schedule.
• Prepare the relevant compliance letter upon customer request.
• Ensure all approved samples are kept properly.
• Monitor and report performance on quality to the department head...
