Job Description
- B-Tech- Dairy Technology / Food Technology with 3 years of experience.
- End to end monitoring and testing of Quality assurance activities in a dairy plant pertaining to manufacturing milk and milk products.
- Handle consumer complaints and market complaints.
- Train the people on HACCP/FSSC standards.
- Conduct market visits as per the requirements.
- Awareness about Quality management systems and GMP guidelines for food and dairy products.
- Ability to conduct and organize sensory of milk and milk products.
- Complete awareness about cleaning and sanitation procedures in food/dairy manufacturing.
- Knowledge about FSSAI specifications for milk and milk products.
