Job Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality department and uphold our reputation for precision. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring every CNC-machined component meets stringent tolerances and industry standards. You will serve as the lead contact for ISO certifications and the primary point of contact for all customer audits.

Key Responsibilities

• QMS Management: Oversee, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 .
• Audit Leadership: Lead the preparation and execution of all Customer Audits and 3rd-party registrar audits. Act as the professional face of the company during on-site inspections.
• Root Cause & CAPA: Lead investigations into non-conformances. Utilize Root Cause Analysis (5-Why, Fishbone) to implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
