Position Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead with a civil engineering background to design, implement, and manage a company-wide QA program for DSEL’s internal software systems and engineering workflows.

This role sits at the intersection of civil engineering, software development, and process excellence. You will work closely with engineers, developers, and leadership to ensure that digital tools and engineering outputs meet rigorous technical, regulatory, and operational standards.

This is not a traditional software QA role — it requires strong engineering judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to translate civil engineering requirements into structured quality processes.
