Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and strengthen quality systems in a flexible packaging manufacturing environment. The role involves ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across printing, lamination, slitting, and pouch-making operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC systems for flexible packaging

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, BRCGS Packaging, FSSC 22000 (as applicable)

  • Manage quality control across printing, lamination, slitting, and converting

  • Lead internal audits, customer audits, and certification audits

  • Handle customer complaints, CAPA, and root cause analysis

  • Monitor incoming, in-process, and final product quality

  • Ensure compliance with food-grade packaging regulations

  • Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives

  • Train and lead QA/QC team

Flexible Packaging Knowledge

  • Gravure / Flexo printing

  • Lamination, slitting, pouch making

  • Root Cause Analysis, CAPA

  • 7 QC tools, process improvement

  • Rejection & wastage control

Tools & Reporting

  • Quality MIS & documentation

  • MS Excel, ERP systems
