Role Summary:

To ensure all MARS Cosmetics products meet the highest quality and safety standards by managing the end-to-end quality lifecycle, from raw material sourcing to finished good dispatch, while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Incoming Quality Control: Oversee inspection and testing of all Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) against standard specifications.
2. Finished Goods Release: Conduct final quality checks on finished products and authorize release for distribution.
3. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain all quality documentation (COA, MSDS, Batch Records) and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (BIS, CDSCO, ISO).
