Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Establish, implement, and maintain quality policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) .
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, consistency, and operational performance.
Identify, assess, and manage operational and quality-related risks .
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
Ensure adherence to quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards where applicable).
Plan and execute incoming, in-process, and final inspections to verify product and service quality.
Oversee testing and measurement activities , ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.
Identify, document, and report non-conformities , deviations, and quality issues.
Support and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence of issues.
Deliver training and awareness programs to promote quality standards and continuous improvement across teams.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in the Manufacturing industries.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
· Remote position.
· Working hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.
