Job Description / Responsibilities
Implement and maintain Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QAQC) systems in accordance with project specifications and company quality plans
Prepare and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), method statements and quality documentation
Conduct site inspections and coordinate inspections with consultants and clients
Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with BCA CONQUAS / Quality Mark requirements
Raise and manage Non-conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
Coordinate material inspections, testing and approvals
Maintain QAQC records, checklists, reports and document control
Support internal and external audits related to quality management systems
Liaise with site team, subcontractors, consultants, and clients on quality matters
Assist Project Manager on quality-related issues
