Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supplier Quality Assurance - Inspection on Machining & Fabrication parts.
  • Supplier audit & improvements.
  • Instruments & Gauge management.
  • System Maintenance, Internal & External audits, Document control, Process optimization.
  • Participation in Design reviews, Pre-Quality planning, DFMEA, CP, ETC.
  • Customer service, handling & reporting.
  • Customer issues & requirements collection & releasement.


Required Knowledge & Skills

  • 5-Core tools.
  • 7QC tools.
  • Problem solving techniques.
  • Familiar on Machining, Fabrication, Surface treatment & Brought out parts.
  • 6-Sigma Green belt certified.
  • Good knowledge on ISO9001;2015, IATF16949.


Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Or Production Engineering

Experience required

  • BE with 5 years of experience
