Job Opportunity | QA – Team Lead (QA–TL) | HCLTech – Chennai

We are hiring QA – Team Leads for our Chennai location . Candidates with experience in the Insurance or Banking (BFSI) domain are encouraged to apply.

Location: Navalur Chennai

⏳ Joining: Immediate to 15–20 days preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of QA data and reports
• Monitor project performance and compliance with measurement standards
• Validate dashboards, metrics, and sampling plans
• Handle rebuttals and drive reduction in overturned cases
• Participate in client calls and ensure SLA adherence
• Provide effective CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions)
• Support CTQ (Critical to Quality) identification
• Identify process gaps and escalate critical issues with analysis
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Establish containment controls and monitor process improvements
• Prepare calibration questions and support audits
• Maintain skill matrix and conduct regular team trainings
