Quality Assurance Technician The Role: Reporting to the Quality Manager, the QA Technician will play a vital role in maintaining and improving product quality standards. You'll collaborate closely with production, engineering, and maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with internal processes and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: Investigate quality/production issues in a professional and diligent manner Identify, document, and support resolution of quality issues Conducting internal process audits to ensure conformance and effectiveness of the Quality System. Escalation of Quality Issues where necessary & conduct non-conformance investigations when required. Ensure that adequate processes and procedures are in place and followed for all Quality activities. Develop, prepare and maintain systems and records of control processes.
