Quality Assurance Technician

The Quality Technician is responsible for dealing with documentation and samples sent by customers and suppliers.
Follow up on purchase and/or work orders, contact customers and suppliers
Generate deviations
Generate department reports and metrics
Follow up the system of quality based on the PITS 8.3 Management of Mat. discrepant PITS 4.2.4 Cal Records Control, 7.5.1 Ident. and traceb.
Track the shipment and receipt of samples from customers and suppliers
Receive documentation sent by customers or by the company
Support the Metrology department in the measurement of layouts
Support in carrying out capacity studies and Gage R&R
Coordinate the remote archive of the plant
Support in carrying out audits to the quality system
Measure PPV parts (new suppliers)
Support the department in training
Support Engineering in the generation of documentation (EVC, HII, etc.)
Generate backups of the folder information in the quality department network
