- Perform research, analysis and drafting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other production related documents as directed by the QAT Coordinator or Project Manager. - Assist with the production department training program implementation, day-to-day process, and audits. - Perform SOP adherence audits, and document results. - Assist during the implementation of new products, ensure that product specifications and requirements are followed to meet set quality standards. - Assist with analysis, implementation and maintenance of new and ongoing quality programs. Identify, evaluate, implement and document corrective action when necessary with regard to product quality and process improvements to continuously improve the customer experience. - Analyze branch level refund, reshipment and damage rate data across all departments, propose and implement process changes to meet set goals and drive continuous improvement. - Prepare progress and ...
