As a Quality Assurance professional, you will inspect structural steel parts and assemblies during both pre-fabrication and post-fabrication stages. Your role includes maintaining formal documentation of all quality occurrences for improvement and training. You will be responsible for implementing and following the 5S organizational methodology and ensuring products are marked according to Quality Control documentation.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct pre-fabrication and post-fabrication inspections.
+ Maintain documentation of inspections, drawing corrections, and calibration tests.
+ Inform management about any nonconformities or equipment issues.
+ Collaborate with management to ensure all Quality Control duties are completed.
+ Work with production personnel to meet and exceed product quality standards.
+ Support safety and production programs.
+ Perform housekeeping responsibilities.
