Quality Auditor - Compliance

<p>Job Title: Quality - Compliance & Audit <br/><br/>Location: Mumbai<br/><br/>Experience: Minimum 5 years<br/><br/>Employment Type: 6-month contract<br/><br/>Role Overview;<br/><br/>We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in ISO standards and auditing to ensure compliance across quality, information security, and privacy frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead audits, maintain certifications, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- Conduct and manage internal and external audits for ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 27701.<br/><br/>- Maintain compliance documentation and ensure readiness for certification audits.<br/><br/>- Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close gaps and implement corrective actions.<br/><br/>- Provide training and awareness sessions on ISO standards and compliance best practices.<br/><br/>- Support HR Shared Services (HRSS) processes for compliance and audit readiness.<br/><br/>Required Qualifications & Skills:<br/><br/>- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred).<br/><br/>- Preferred Certifications: <br/><br/>- Certified ISO Auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701)<br/><br/>- Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer certifications for ISO standards<br/><br/>- Experience: Minimum 5 years in ISO compliance, audits, and management systems.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of QMS, ISMS, and Privacy Information Management Systems (PIMS).<br/><br/>- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.<br/><br/>- HRSS experience preferred.<br/><br/></p><p>Preferred Attributes:<br/><br/>- Ability to manage multiple audits independently.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with risk management and data privacy frameworks.</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
