Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, or related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control within the poultry or food manufacturing industry
- Familiar with HACCP, GMP, ISO documentation is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, SSOP, ISO, and local regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, NMIS, DA).
- Conduct daily quality inspections, audits, and product evaluations.
- Prepare audit reports and assist during internal and external audits.
