Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, or related field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control within the poultry or food manufacturing industry
  • Familiar with HACCP, GMP, ISO documentation is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, SSOP, ISO, and local regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, NMIS, DA).
  • Conduct daily quality inspections, audits, and product evaluations.
  • Prepare audit reports and assist during internal and external audits.
