Quality & Compliance Executive (Customer Service & Experience)

We're looking for a Quality & Compliance Executive to support high standards across our customer service partners. You'll identify opportunities, share insights, coach others, and drive continuous improvement through quality reviews and audits. If you enjoy problem solving, working collaboratively, and helping teams deliver great customer outcomes—we'd love to hear from you. (And if you're into DIY, that's a bonus)

Reports to: Training, Quality & Compliance Lead

Salary: From £30,000

Location: Hybrid role – minimum 1 day in SSO per month + travel to our Cape Town partner site where required
