Quality Control Coordinator

Overview

You belong at Day & Ross. Quality Control Coordinator. Permanent Full-time. Lachine, QC. This position will provide support to the Terminal Load Quality Program, including maintenance and management of the data capture and information files. The role will lend administrative support the Terminal Management initiative in increasing the efficiencies and safety of all load securement. The Load Quality Coordinator also supports Terminal Management in reviewing and applying cause codes for service shipments.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of Load Factor Program; reviewing all outbound loads to ensure the accurate capture of data and meeting load density requirement. Provides feedback of the gathered data to the regional and terminal level management for follow up actions.
• Conducts analysis of load to determine that weights, cubes are within regulation.
