Quality Control Engineer

A fast-scaling European deep-tech company at the intersection of AI and advanced computing is hiring a Quality Control Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and robustness of cutting-edge AI products.

This role is actively hiring with a fast, transparent interview process.

• Work on AI technology that dramatically reduces model size and inference cost
• Direct impact on production LLM systems used by enterprise clients
• Join a Series‑B‑stage deep‑tech company with strong international backing

• Own quality validation for AI & LLM‑based applications (chatbots, RAG, APIs, data pipelines)
• Define acceptance criteria with engineers, product teams & clients
• Test scalability, latency, robustness & data integrity under real‑world conditions
• Build and standardize QA frameworks across AI projects
• Design manual & automated test suites for ML/LLM workflows
• Ensure final deliveries meet both technical and functional excellence standards

• Master’s degree in CS, Data Science, Software Engineering (or related)
• 2+ years in QA for software, ML or AI systems
• Understanding of AI/ML testing challenges (reproducibility, output validation, bias)
• Familiarity with Python, APIs & modern ML/LLM workflows
• Fluent English (Spanish or French a plus)
