Quality Control Engineer

Position Title: AM/DM/M

Desired Qualification: Diploma/BTech / BE (Mechanical)

Location: Keshwana, Rajasthan

Computer Skills:

• Should have expert level knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint

Job Specific Skills: Considerable knowledge of stagewise fabrication of Static/Rotary Equipment, Well conversant of Codes such as ASTM,ASME,EN,ISO,IS & others, Expert of WPS as per ASME/AWS/EN, Deep knowledge of NDT.

Statement of Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for identifying technical issues and getting to the root of the problem
• Improve product quality by making recommendation for change
• Implement a working system to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production process
• Set detailed guidelines on what need to be checked and what the quality standards
• Knowledge of Raw materials and casting and their relevant inspection standards
• Knowledge of different welding process and their defects analysis .
• Should be working in heavy engineering / OEM company .
• 2D,3D, GA & Detail Engineering Drawing knowledge is must.
• Knowledge of QMS system and their implementation .
• Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products.
• Coordinate with fabrication technician and provide support to all teams.
• Additional NDT qualification is required like DPT,MPT,RT …etc
• Knowledge of computer/ ERP..
