Reports To: Quality Control Manager
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Job DescriptionA Quality Control Engineer monitors and tests product quality, ensures compliance with standards, identifies issues, and recommends solutions. Responsibilities• Administer corrective and preventative actions internally and externally
• Process parameter development
• Implement SPC on the shop floor
• Apply lean methods
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and GD&T
• Use problem?solving techniques
• Complete and implement 8D corrective actions Traits• Self?motivated
• Customer?focused
• Detail?oriented with analytical tendencies
• Team?oriented
• Able to make consistent, data?driven decisions Experience• Statistical Process Control implementation and utilization
