Quality Control Inspector

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Line Supervisor based in Chennai. The Line Supervisor will oversee production operations, ensure quality control measures are maintained, manage and train team members, and uphold quality assurance standards. Additional responsibilities include monitoring production schedules, resolving issues on the production line, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to operational policies and procedures for optimal efficiency.

• Quality Control and Quality Assurance capabilities to maintain and improve product standards.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams and reporting to management.
• Experience in Training team members to enhance their skills and boost productivity.
• Relevant understanding of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, and workplace safety standards.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
