Job Description
- Perform regular quality assessments on incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products to customer.
- In process inspection, final inspection, pre dispatch inspection.
- Preparation of quality plan, process plan for every components.
- Inspection of all components as per drawing.
- Inspection of out sourced materials, purchase materials like hydraulic seals, valves and raw materials.
- Handling of quality related documents,ISO audit. and maintain calibration system for measuring and monitoring instruments.
- Final inspection of product - dimension test, performance test, function test, up to customer parts trial with customer tools and dies.
