Job Description
Responsibilities:
•Conduct Internal Quality inspection on daily basis.
• Responsible for compliance with ISO by establishing and enforcing quality standards; testing materials and product.
• Perform testing on incoming raw materials to support release into inventory.
• Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
• Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
• Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry
• HACCP certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food safety, or quality control.
• Attention to detail and the ability to conduct thorough inspections and assessments.
• Excellent understanding of food processing, preservation, and quality assurance procedures.
• Effective communication and training skills to interact with staff.
