As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet rigorous quality standards and support our mission of excellence.
Responsibilities:
•Product Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Test Creation: Develop and implement tests to effectively monitor and control product quality.
• Disassembly: Disassemble product components for detailed individual inspection.
• Production Monitoring: Oversee production processes to ensure they adhere to company specifications and quality standards.
• Assembly Adjustments: Direct and manage adjustments in assembly processes to meet quality requirements.
• Customer Expectations: Verify that products meet customer expectations and align with company objectives.
• Reporting: Communicate inspection results, suggest corrective actions, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve quality issues.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed reports documenting product deficiencies, errors, and corrective actions.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety, Nutrition, Food Science, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Quality Assurance, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience as a quality control inspector within the industry is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in word processing and Microsoft Office applications.
• Quality Assurance: Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and company standards.
• Mathematics: Basic arithmetic skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and reporting abilities.
• Teamwork: Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
