Position Overview
The QC Department Manager / ISO Coordinator is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the Quality Control (QC) department and ensuring the facility’s compliance with ISO standards and other applicable quality management systems. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product integrity, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and upholding the company’s commitment to quality and regulatory compliance. The QC Department Manager / ISO Coordinator will lead a team of quality professionals, manage day‑to‑day QC operations, and serve as the primary liaison for all ISO‑related activities, including audits, documentation, training, and corrective actions. This role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented leader with a strong understanding of quality assurance principles, regulatory requirements, and process optimization.
