Job Description
The project entails a full restoration of the historic Baird Auditorium, encompassing the preservation of original architectural finishes, restoration of the tile ceiling, and upgrades to MEP and AV systems. The undertaking also involves concrete repairs, structural steel modifications, and refinishing of decorative metal elements.
Responsibilities

+ Implement the entire quality control program.

+ Attend all post-award conferences, CQC plan meetings, and coordination and mutual understanding meetings.

+ Conduct CQC meetings.

+ Perform the three phases of the quality control process.

+ Conduct submittal review and approval.

+ Ensure testing is performed.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum 7 years of experience within construction and 3 years as a Quality Control Manager.

+ Proficiency in quality control, OSHA compliance, and federal construction.
