Position Summary You will join our Quality Control team in India to perform laboratory testing, sample management and data recording. You will work closely with colleagues in QC, production and quality systems to ensure tests meet regulatory and company standards. We value accuracy, curiosity and a practical mindset. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Perform routine and non-routine analytical tests following approved methods and good documentation practices. - Receive, register, prepare and store samples according to laboratory procedures. - Review test results against specifications and trends and report deviations promptly. - Carry out basic equipment checks, clean work areas and support calibration and maintenance activities. - Support method transfers, validations and investigations into unexpected results. - Maintain clear laboratory records and contribute to continuous improvement projects. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Diploma or degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or a related field. - Hands-on experience or coursework in laboratory techniques and safe sample handling. - Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping. - Ability to follow written procedures and laboratory protocols. - Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. - This role is on-site in India and requires working at the laboratory location. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Prior laboratory experience in a regulated environment or internships in analytical testing. - Familiarity with quality control processes and good laboratory practices. - Experience with common laboratory instruments and basic troubleshooting. - Knowledge of stability testing, environmental monitoring or microbiology techniques. - Basic computer skills, including Excel and electronic laboratory systems. - A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn new methods and tools.
