Role Overview
The Quality Control Officer will be responsible for ensuring adherence to organizational processes, maintaining portfolio quality, supporting collections, and conducting field audits. The role requires extensive fieldwork and close coordination with branch and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field-level quality checks on microfinance operations Monitor and evaluate loan processes, documentation, and compliance standards Support and review collections and recovery activities Identify process gaps, risks, and deviations; report findings to management Conduct customer and center visits to verify data accuracy Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines Coordinate with branch teams to improve operational quality Travel extensively within assigned locations for field audits and reviews Eligibility & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline Minimum 1 year of experience in Microfinance Proven experience in Quality Control and Collections Strong understanding of field operations in microfinance Willingness to perform extensive fieldwork Valid driving license is mandatory Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and observation skills Attention to detail and reporting accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in field conditions Integrity, accountability, and professionalism
