Role Overview
The Quality Control Officer will be responsible for ensuring adherence to organizational processes, maintaining portfolio quality, supporting collections, and conducting field audits. The role requires extensive fieldwork and close coordination with branch and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field-level quality checks on microfinance operationsMonitor and evaluate loan processes, documentation, and compliance standardsSupport and review collections and recovery activitiesIdentify process gaps, risks, and deviations; report findings to managementConduct customer and center visits to verify data accuracyEnsure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelinesCoordinate with branch teams to improve operational qualityTravel extensively within assigned locations for field audits and reviewsEligibility & Qualifications
Graduate in any disciplineMinimum 1 year of experience in MicrofinanceProven experience in Quality Control and CollectionsStrong understanding of field operations in microfinanceWillingness to perform extensive fieldworkValid driving license is mandatorySkills & Competencies
Strong analytical and observation skillsAttention to detail and reporting accuracyGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently in field conditionsIntegrity, accountability, and professionalism
