Responsibilities

  • To ensure quality of incoming and outgoing stock is conform to customers’ requirement and enhance customer satisfaction
  • To ensure quality assurance activity of incoming and outgoing stock is carried out
  • To conduct appropriate checking on product’s quality
  • To ensure subordinate has proper knowledge to carry out QC activities
  • To maintain documents for QC activities and ensure traceability of relevant documents
  • Review equipment calibration, validation and maintenance records to ensure they are performed correctly and one time. (Internal and External Calibration Tools monitoring)
  • Assist with the development of required procedures and processes related to the Quality Management System
  • Assist in the continuous growth of the Quality Department
  • Participate in process improvement teams and/or complete relative documentation when required
