Quality Control (QC)

Overview

• Inspecting and testing: Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet specifications.
• Documentation and data management: Record and summarize inspection and test data, update quality assurance databases, and maintain control records.
• Reporting and analysis: Summarize quality data, identify trends in defects, and report findings to management.
• Issue resolution: Liaise with production, engineering, and other teams to resolve identified quality issues.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures (like GMPs, BRC and HACCP), and other regulations.
• Communication: Communicate quality requirements to internal teams.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail: Essential for accuracy in inspections and data recording.
• Technical skills: Proficiency with data entry and computer software, such as Microsoft Excel.
