Job Description Job Description Job Summary Sample incoming, processed and inventory raw materials to be analyzed or used by the laboratory while complying with Food Safety Programs such as Good Manufacturing Practices, SOP, SSOP, Glass Policy, Allergen Program and HACCP, as applicable, while maintaining a clean & organized workspace. Responsible for Food Defense. Major Responsibilities Quality Control Sampling (Incoming Raw Material, Shelf Life, R&D Samples,Misc., Etc.) Quality Control Information Data Entry, Filing & Organization Provide assistance to the Quality Control Manager & Quality Control Technicians Maintenance of Quality Control Reference Samples (Organization & Updating) Perform any other duties as requested by Management Performs other Customer Service, Sales or Purchasing duties as needed Education and Experience High School Diploma.
