Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team of Laboratory Assistants who check, test, and inspect raw material, goods in process and finished products
  • Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure that team's resources are used effectively, and that work schedules and targets are met
  • Assists QC Manager in classification of final product and reworked lots
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and investigating quality issues, implement improvement from Analysis gap study
  • Monitor in-process samples, liaison with production teams for preventive & corrective actions
