Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate with all stakeholders, internal and external to understand and align on quality specifications Monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing products or materials for Elchemy and ensure delivery by meeting the expected quality standards Ensure the packaged products meet the specified quality standard set by the organisation before being shipped by doing a QC at every required stage Working in alignment with the procurement, sales and operations team to achieve the same.


Sampling and testing of raw materials, packaging materials and ready goods by working with testing facilities and providing the quality certifications as required Identifying new testing facilities for new products Check and maintain compliance with health and safety procedures for hazardous goods Inspect packaging materials to assess and approve conformity to standard specifications Standardise quality assurance process for all existing products, new products and new suppliers Ensure documentation & regulatory compliance for: Designing of SOP for clustering of products based on Haz/Non Haz, Liquid/Solid; MSDS approval; ISO procedure Identifying labelling requirement (Product Labels) - destination specific, road transport, rail, shipping line; IIP requirement Building strong relationship, evaluation & development of service providers like inspection services at various locations Resolving customer complaints on time with effective RCA and CAPA Perform any duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time Skills and Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in the chemical industry in Quality Control and assurance department Knowledge of compliance and regulations of chemical products in terms of packaging and transportation Ability to coordinate and work systematically with clarity in communication Good time management and organizational skills Should be able to commit passionately and take ownership Should love hard core execution - rolling up sleeves & getting hands dirty Other desired qualities - attention to detail, thinking on feet, passionate about start ups Powered by JazzHR
