Job Summary

Sun Blue Metals is looking for a motivated QC RMC (Fresher/Trainee) to support quality control activities at our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) plant. The role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in construction materials quality assurance and learn hands-on testing and compliance practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in quality control testing of Ready Mix Concrete as per standards

  • Conduct basic tests such as slump test, cube casting, and compressive strength tests

  • Ensure adherence to mix design specifications and quality parameters

  • Maintain daily quality reports, test records, and documentation

  • Support senior QC engineers in site and plant quality inspections

  • Monitor raw materials like cement, aggregates, and admixtures for quality

  • Follow safety guidelines and quality procedures at the plant

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering (or relevant qualification preferred)

  • Freshers or trainees are welcome to apply

  • Basic knowledge of RMC and concrete testing is an added advantage

  • Willingness to learn and work in plant/site environments

  • Good observation and documentation skills
