  • Drive the end-to-end operational process flow continuity by aiding process issue analysis and root-cause analysis.
  • Identify process gaps and drive solutions.
  • Identify potential process breakdowns and risks.
  • Recommend improvements to ensure process control and avoid issues and breakdowns.
  • Document process inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
  • Assist the operation team with process continuity concerns to improve service excellence.
  • Address process continuity-related issues with stakeholders in a timely manner.
