**QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR**
**MAIN ACTIVITIES**:
- Management and supervision of personnel on the production floor
- Monitoring of process and product releases
- Follow-up root cause analysis and problem solution
- Control and monitoring of plant scrap
- Daily training for quality staff on the production floor
- Daily monitoring of product containment
- Compliance with customer specific requirements
- KPI'S compliance
- Follow-up on suspicious product (rework)
**KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**:
- ISO 9001
- Personnel management
- Product audits
- PFMEA/Control Plan
- Statistical process
- Problem Solving (8D'S, 5whys, Corrective actions)
- **CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH (TECHNICAL LANGUAGE)**
