Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Monitor manufacturing operations to verify that production methods meet company standards and relevant safety legislation.
Document and report all inspection results, test data, and quality anomalies to supervisors and production managers.
Calibrate and maintain precision measuring and testing equipment to ensure accurate readings.
Identify and isolate non-conforming or defective materials to prevent them from moving further in the production process.
Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions for process improvements.
Working hours: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Skills:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (1+ years preferred).
Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001.
Technical knowledge of specialized testing equipment like spectrophotometers or 3D scanners.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to perform root cause analysis on production defects.

Qualifications:
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy during repetitive tasks.
Basic mathematical skills for calculating specifications and measurements (e.g., using calipers and gauges).

Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift materials as required by the production environment.
