Job Description

Ensure compliance with applicable international QMS standards, agreed customer's system, product, process requirements and IMI manufacturing procedures to meet customer's expectations. Authorize stoppage of the production activities should there be major issue that needs to be contained.

Functions

  • Reviews 8D reports and corrective/preventive actions closure and effectiveness

  • Reports and highlights to MU Head, General Manager and Quality Head

  • Reports performance (OQA, DPPM, MRB reports, manufacturing process and Product Audit/MPPA, CA/PA closure rate, Cost of non-quality/CONQ) and presents findings of quality issues in order to solicit and recommend holistic system improvement

  • Highlights recurrent issues

  • Oversees preparation and coordination among cross functional teams and communications with customer
