Location: Hosrayel, Jbeil
About the Role
As a Quality Controller, you will play a vital role in maintaining product quality and supporting formulation development in our laboratory. You will conduct detailed physical and chemical tests, contribute to the development and scale-up of agrochemical formulations, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards (FAO, EU, local Ministry of Agriculture).
Key Responsibilities
✅ Conduct and supervise testing on raw materials, packaging, in-process, and finished products
✅ Develop and optimize lab formulations (e.g., EC, SC, SL, WP, EW, WSF, LF)
✅ Maintain and calibrate lab instruments (HPLC, GC, viscometers, pH meters, etc.)
✅ Ensure adherence to safety and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
✅ Prepare Certificates of Analysis, formulation records, and technical reports
✅ Support audits, inspections, and product registration efforts
✅ Assist production in resolving formulation or quality-related issues
✅ Manage lab stock and documentation
What You Bring
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry
🧪 At least 4 years of experience in quality control, formulation, or lab roles
📝 Strong documentation and technical reporting skills
⚖️ Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
🤝 Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities
💡 Analytical mindset with sound judgment and problem-solving skills
🔐 Safety-conscious and well-versed in chemical handling protocols
